My MVP status derives from my blog about Dynamics CRM, moderation in the Dynamics 365 Forums offering assistance to help the community and I have also developed a number of tools for Dynamics 365 which have been made available as open source. I am co-author of the CRM Field Guide and am a Microsoft MVP for Business Solutions – Dynamics 365.
